Shipping policy

Processing time
  • All non-custom orders usually ship within 1 business day.
  • Orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship out Monday. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.
  • Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed within 1-2 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. 
  • Processing times are not included in the estimated delivery time. Certain products could require an additional 1-2 business days. During sales and high-volume periods, processing time is 3–4 days.
  • Custom and fine jewelry orders usually ship within 4-6 weeks—they're worth the wait! Please allow 3-5 business days after shipping for delivery.

Item not delivered? 
Kindly allow an extra 2–3 days before contacting us. Your package might have been delayed by the courier service.
Once items are dispatched, it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered.
Please note that refunds will not be issued for lost packages; however, items will be resent if a package cannot be traced.


Customs and Duties Charges 

Almost all shipments crossing international borders are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country's government. These charges will be included at checkout except otherwise required by the importing countries (some countries require duties to be paid at the border).
